Facility Terms of Use

Check-in and Check-out

Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the reservation status.

Fee Plan

Depends on the date of stay.
There is no extra charge for the number of guests since it’s rented out as a whole house.

About bedrooms

There are two types of bedrooms: one with a bed and the other with a futon.

About the number of guests

Bedrooms are equipped with either beds or futons. Children who can sleep together with their parents in the same bedding are not included in the number of guests.

Stay for children

Children under 12 years old sleeping together with their parents are free of charge.

However, we do not provide extra bedding, towels, amenities, or baby items.

Please note that the number of bedrooms and beds will vary depending on the number of guests staying at the house who pay the room rate.

After 7 nights: 30% off

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be made in the event of a cancellation.

Pet Stay

Only dogs are allowed; up to 3 small dogs or 2 medium sized dogs are allowed. Please prepare a cage or pet carrier for your pet.

Lodging Terms of Use

  1. Please do not use the guest room for any purpose other than accommodation, such as sales activities (exhibitions, etc.) without the permission of this accommodation facility.
  2. Please do not move any equipment in the room without the permission of the facility, and do not alter or remodel the room in any way that would significantly change its current condition. In the unlikely event that equipment is lost or damaged, you may be asked to pay for the actual cost. Please do not take small items or equipment out of the room.
  3. In the event of breaking, damaging, or dirtying the facilities, such as equipment, furniture, walls, or floors, we may charge for repair, replacement, or room charge for the period of time when the facilities cannot be used.
  4. The use of the facilities for overnight stays or a-day trips (BBQ, parties, etc.) by people other than those registered for stays is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that you may be charged for the difference if such use is found.
  5. The use of this accommodation by minors without adult supervision is strictly prohibited.
  6. We are not responsible for any accidents, illnesses, injuries, theft, loss, etc. that may occur in our accommodation.
  7. Please take care of your valuables at your own risk. We are not responsible for any theft, loss, etc.
  8. We do not accept any act that is against public order and morals.
  9. In the event that a violation is noticed, the stay will be suspended and the accommodation fee will not be refunded. In addition, you will not be allowed to use this facility in the future.
  10. Fireworks (other than handheld fireworks and sparklers), bonfires, and the bringing in of flammable materials by guests (BBQ stoves, Japanese small charcoal grills, lanterns, mosquito coils, etc.) are prohibited.
  11. Please refrain from eating, drinking, partying, fireworks, etc. outdoors after 8:00 p.m. as it may disturb the neighbors. Furthermore, please refrain from causing trouble by making strange noises.
  12.  Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation premises.
  13. The accommodation fee includes utility fees (electricity, gas, and water), however, if there is excessive use that exceeds socially accepted norms, you will be charged separately.
  14. Please do not leave valuables or other items in your car in the parking lot. We will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or accidents while parked.
  15. All food and beverage items (including unopened items) left behind will be disposed of immediately, and other items will be kept for a week.
  16. Please wash and put away all cooking utensils, dishes and BBQ grills used, and return to its original condition. Please return the facilities to their original condition before you check out.
  17. Please do not enter our facility with sand on your clothes or body after returning from the beach. (Please wash off the sand in the shower outside the room) If we find that the bed, sheets, pillows, towels, etc. are dirty due to sand, you may be charged extra.

Terms of Staying with Pets

  1. Only indoor dogs that have been vaccinated against rabies and infectious diseases within the past year, and are free of fleas, ticks, and parasites are permitted.
  2. All dogs must be under the responsibility and control of their owners when they accompany their guests. We will not be responsible for any accidents, damages to neighbors, injuries, escapes, or deaths caused by your dog.
  3. Dogs with skin diseases or other contagious diseases are not permitted.
  4. Pregnant or menstruating dogs are not permitted.
  5. If your dog marks or defecates in the accommodations, please clean it up using your own cleaning products.
  6. Please refrain from leaving your dog unattended.
  7. Please wipe your dog’s feet before entering the accommodation (please prepare a wet towel in advance).
  8. Please ensure that your dog is toilet trained.
  9. Please refrain from shampooing or trimming your dog in the bathrooms, outside showers, or washrooms.
  10. Dogs are allowed to play freely in the lawn yard. However, please do not leave your dog alone to play unsupervised or unattended. Please do not leave dog excrement on the lawn.
  11. In the unlikely event of damage caused by your dog (scratches on exterior walls, interior walls, floors, etc.), you will be charged the actual cost.
  12. No fighting dogs or hunting dogs are permitted.
  13. We do not provide pet supplies, so please bring your own.

Privacy Policy​

  1. When asking for personal information, we will inform you in advance of the purpose of asking and using the information, and will use the information appropriately within the scope of the purpose.
  2. We will use the asked personal information only for the purpose of compliance with laws and regulations and ensure the safety of our guests.
  3. We will ask for the following personal information as required by law.
    • Name, address, occupation, and contact information of all guests staying (as stipulated in Article 8, Paragraph 1 of the Housing Lodging Business Act)
    • If the guest is a overseas visitor who does not have a domicile in Japan, nationality and passport number (as stipulated in Article 7, Paragraph 3 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Housing Lodging Business Act)
    • If the guest is a overseas visitor who does not have a domicile in Japan, a copy of their passport (as stipulated in (4) of Section 2-2 of the Enforcement Guidelines for the Housing Lodging Business Act)
  4. We will not provide your personal information to any third party without your consent, except in the following cases as stipulated in Article 23 of the Personal Information Protection Law.
    • When required by law.
    • In cases where it is necessary to protect the life, health, property, or rights of the guest and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the guest.
    • When it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the guest.
    • When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by either of the foregoing in executing affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the consent of the guest may interfere with the execution of such affairs.
  5. We will not retain the personal information of guests beyond the period stipulated by the governing laws and applicable laws and regulations. Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Housing Lodging Business Act stipulates that this is for three years, and we will comply with this.

Disclaimer

  • In the event of a natural disaster (earthquake, tsunami, fire, typhoon, etc.), a full refund will be made if the facility deems it impossible to accommodate the guest.
  • Please note that no refunds will be made after check-in for reasons other than the above (e.g., partial breakdown of facilities, etc.).

 *Although we always pay attention to the inspection and maintenance of the facilities on a daily basis to ensure that there is no inconvenience to our customers, there is a possibility that a breakdown may occur during or before your visit for unexpected reasons. In this case, we would like to thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
